Encouragement For Those Who Feels Alone

To the friend who feels they are suffering alone. I hope this encourages you today.
I know those moments of overwhelming amounts of pain. And those long nights of restless sleep. Often, you feel like crying, but you try to hold it all together and be stronger. But, even in the lowest moments and days, you are not alone.
I wrote this poem last month; the first part was written late at night when I couldn't sleep. I usually do not write poetry as it's a little outside my comfort zone, but I've been wanting to share writings and journal entries that are shorter, but still resonates with others.
I titled it "Seen" as I often feel invisible when I'm struggling with chronic pain. But the Lord still sees and hears what is in our hearts. He knows the deep suffering even when others are not aware.
You are seen in the waiting room, when everything is falling apart.
You are heard in the long nights, when prayers feel so far.
You are loved even when you have nothing to give.
And you are never alone because of Jesus who lives.

I use a soft brace that keeps my gate faily normal and also keeps me from tripping I continue to exercise in a gym to keep the rest of me strong and it helps keep me confident. I've been in clinical trials for CMT to try experiental medications. I went on a vegan diet to help control my weight from loss of motion activity.
