My Story

Hi, I'm Katerina, a young adult living with Charcot Marie Tooth Disease (CMT). CMT is a progressive neuromuscular disease that affects the peripheral nerves and leads to atrophy in the muscles.

Only receiving a diagnosis in 2018, I've had to adapt to living with constant pain and a physical disability. These changes have resulted in the everyday use of leg braces and occasionally a wheelchair.

Some of my passions include dance, embroidery, and writing. In the last few years, God has used me to be a light to those suffering from chronic illness and limitations.
Thank you for following along on my writing journey. I hope it encourages you.
