About Me

Hi, I'm Katerina Lea. Thank you for following along my writing journey. I hope that it encourages you and reminds to continue trusting in God and take one day at a time.

My writing is mostly focused on chronic pain, disability, and faith. While I know that not everyone will be able to relate to the challenges I go through, many suffer with an invisible illness or go through seasons of pain. For me, it's Charcot Marie Tooth (CMT). CMT is a progressive neuromuscular disease that affects the peripheral nerves and leads to muscle atrophy.

Only receiving a in 2018, I've had to adapt to living with chronic pain and a physical disability. Some of these changes have resulted in wearing AFOs (ankle foot orthotics) and occasionally using a wheelchair.

But, over the years, God has continued to use my struggles of chronic pain by opening doors for me to share my testimony, educate others, and help those living with disabilities.

I also love dancing, writing letters, spending time outdoors, and working on embroidery projects.
